50400 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document contains the rules and conditions governing the use of the 50400 platform by all users in Malaysia. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.
Acceptance of Terms and User Eligibility
By registering an account or using any part of the 50400 platform, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any provision, please discontinue use of the platform immediately.
To use the 50400 platform, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age, or have reached the legal age of majority as defined by the laws of your place of residence.
- Be an individual acting in a personal capacity and not representing a business entity without prior written authorisation.
- Not be located in a jurisdiction where online betting activities are prohibited.
- Provide registration information that is accurate, complete, and kept up to date at all times.
50400 reserves the right to decline registration applications or terminate existing accounts if the eligibility requirements above are not met, without being obliged to provide any reason.

Account Creation, Security, and User Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on 50400. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts along with the forfeiture of any balances and bonuses. During registration, you are required to provide valid identification documents for identity verification purposes in accordance with the platform's requirements.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login credentials. 50400 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. Any activity carried out through your account will be deemed to have been performed by you, unless you promptly report unauthorised access to our support team upon discovery.
Users are strictly prohibited from doing any of the following while using the 50400 platform:
- Using automation software, bots, or other technical means to access or manipulate the platform's systems.
- Attempting to hack, breach, or disrupt the platform's technical infrastructure.
- Using another person's account or sharing your account with a third party.
- Engaging in any form of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities through the platform.
- Abusing promotions or bonuses in a manner that violates the relevant terms.
Payments, Transactions & MYR
All transactions on the 50400 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Deposits and withdrawals are processed via supported local payment methods, including DuitNow, FPX, and approved digital wallets. Users are responsible for ensuring that all payment details entered are accurate and belong to them.
50400 reserves the right to withhold or cancel transactions suspected of being linked to fraud, money laundering, or violations of these terms. In such cases, the platform may request additional supporting documentation before a transaction is approved.
All bonuses and promotions are subject to wagering requirements and specific conditions stated in the promotions section of your account. Winnings generated from bonuses may not be withdrawn until the relevant wagering requirements have been fully met. 50400 is not liable for any losses resulting from currency exchange rate fluctuations if a user accesses the platform from outside Malaysia.

Account Suspension, Closure, and Liability Limits
Account Suspension and Closure
50400 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of a terms violation, fraud, or illegal activity. Users whose accounts are closed due to a violation are not entitled to claim any outstanding bonus balances or pending winnings.
Users may also request voluntary account closure through the support team. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonuses) will be refunded following successful identity verification, subject to any necessary internal review.
Platform Liability Limits
50400 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to financial losses from betting activity, service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, or third-party technical issues.
The platform makes no guarantee that its services will be available at all times without interruption. In the event of a technical disruption affecting an active game round, 50400 will resolve any pending transactions in accordance with a fair and transparent internal settlement policy.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links, and Changes to Terms
All content on the 50400 platform — including logos, interface design, text, graphics, and software code — is the property of 50400 or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any of this content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
The 50400 platform may contain links or references to third-party services such as game providers or payment processors. 50400 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third parties. Use of third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk.
50400 reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this site. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. All terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
